Seasons brings together Antonio Vivaldi’s iconic cycle with Astor Piazzolla’s Las cuatro estaciones Porteñas. In this recording, violinist Sadie Fields and accordionist Luca Piovesan, performing his own arrangements, place these two distinct musical worlds in dialogue, from baroque clarity to the expressive freedom and rhythmic intensity of Tango. Moving from Vivaldi’s evocation of the natural world to Piazzolla’s more intimate, urban landscapes, the programme traces a rich journey across time, place, and musical language.
